Our Programmes
From immersive workshops for young people to transformative CPD for professionals, every programme we deliver is rooted in Theatre of the Oppressed and designed around your setting's specific needs.
Overview
We work with schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities, alternative provision settings, and charitable organisations. Whether you need a one-day workshop, a sustained programme, or a bespoke co-designed intervention, we bring the same rigour, creativity, and care to every engagement.
Participatory learning that builds confidence, empathy, problem solving and social skills
Our workshops use applied theatre techniques — drawn from Theatre of the Oppressed — to create a safe, creative space where young people and families can explore real social situations, rehearse different responses, and develop the skills they need to make positive change. Participants build agency by recognising their choices, testing their own ideas and shaping solutions that matter to them. Sessions are immersive, participant-led, and carefully facilitated to ensure every voice is heard.

Our Process
We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand your setting, your young people, and what you're hoping to achieve.
We put together a clear proposal — outlining the programme, format, timeline, and cost — designed specifically for your context.
We deliver with care, creativity, and rigour. Every session is facilitated by an experienced practitioner and adapted in real time to the group.
We evaluate impact honestly and share our findings with you. We stay available for follow-up consultation and ongoing support.
